The Brown Book, abstract of the German original which was translated into 15 languages. Herut Bookshop Press. Tel Aviv, 1933.
In the introduction to the book, Lord Marley, Chairman of the World Committee for the aid of Victims of Hitler’s Regime, writes: With permission of the world committee for the benefit of the victims of German Fascism some authorized reports have been found … These reports are really shocking … This book is designated to ensure the memory of the Nazi crimes , it is a weapon in the war against Hitler’s regime ….” The book contains photographs and quotes from the German press regarding the goals of the Nazi regime. The writer brings harsh testimonies of the arrest policies which began to be conducted in Germany with Hitler’s the rise to power, and exposes the Nazi anti-Semitism wrapped in the cloak of “the science of race,” the torture, the murder and the persecution of Jews in this early stage of the rise to power of the Nazi Party.
