The Rebbe blesses him with Torah blessings (a blessing clearly fulfilled in the case of this gaon): “May [you] be successful in Torah – study of the Oral, the Written, and the printed, in comfort.” The Rebbe adds in his handwriting: ‘As Chaza”l said: “There is no Torah like that of the Land of Israel.”‘
[1] official stationery paper. 21 cm. The letter was typewritten with the addition of seventeen (!) words handwritten by the Rebbe, and signed by him at the end; moderate-fine condition. The letter has been professionally restored with no damage to the content of the letter. Aging stains.
