The ticket was given to yeshiva student Avraham Yitzchak Brakman from the committee of the Telshe group on the 15th of Kislev, [1918]. Signed by: Chaim Mordechai Katz, committee president. He was the son-in-law of the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yosef Leib Bloch, founder of the famed Telshe Yeshiva. He later served as Rosh Yeshiva together with his brother-in-law, Rabbi Eliyahu Meir Bloch. He fled Lithuania in 1940, reached America, and managed to reestablish the Telshe yeshiva in Cleveland together with his brother-in-law. Refer to, Otzar HaRabbanim 6484.
