First book printed as part of the ambitious project to integrate the Talmud together with the halachah. Arranged by several well-known scholars. Important approbations, including from Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, Rabbi Y. M. Charlop, and a rare approbation from Chief Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Herzog, who returned to the Land of Israel after the printing was completed. His approbation was printed on a separate leaf, which was affixed to this volume.
