The rare leaves: Sh. HaLevi no. 437 writes that the pagination in She’erit Tziyon is [5], 80 leaf, and this is also what is recorded by the National Library. This copy has: [8], 80 leaf, and another [2] leaves at the beginning of the volume, that apparently belong here. We will point out that two of the eight leaves appear twice; a printed passage is pasted on one leaf of the doubles.
Author’s dedication: [2] of the leaves at the beginning of the volume include a dedication with a place for filling out. In this copy, there is an additional handwritten dedication from the author to “The gvir Sir Shalom Tuvi …” of Egypt. There are also several of this gvir ‘s signatures. Gloss on leaf 13 in the author’s hand.
The order of leaves in this variant: [2] leaf (apparently belonging to She’erit Tziyon ); [5], 2-9, [7], 2, [2] leaf ( Tikkun Hashmatot ); [8], 80 leaf (continuation of She’erit Tziyon ). 19.5 cm.
