Official marriage certificate, signed by the Admo”r Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe of Zhvil, for the marriage of R’ Chaim Moshe Meir Dubinsky to Sarah Itah Koppel.
The Admo”r Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe Goldmanֲ [1887-1950], the fifth Admo”r of Zhvil, was the successor of his father R’ Shlomke of Zhvil. After the latter’s passing, he was buried in the Givat Ram cemetery, and his grave has become a popular pilgrimage site, constituting a segulah, and for blessing. The word about this grave site started to spread following a dream dreamed by a Jew in England who needed salvation. The Admo”r appeared to him in a dream and told the man that if he prays Monday-Thursday-Monday consecutively at his grave, his salvation would come. He did as dictated in the dream, and indeed his salvation was realized. Word went out, and ever since, masses of Jews seeking salvation visit the site in this sequence.
