138 leaves, 17 leaves. Includes prayers for the weekdays, Shabbat, holidays, High Holidays, Chanukah, and Purim. A number of prayerbooks of various ethnic groups were printed in Mantua that year. This prayerbook is not listed bibliographically. Leaf 65, with the text recited prior to the removal of the Torah scroll on Shabbat, bears a handwritten Mi Shebeirach prayer in honor of Emperor Napoleon (some of the text was cropped in the binding). Local customs were handwritten in a few other places. The last page has a nicely written [Hebrew] note: “B”H, this prayer is mine, Mordechai Chaim Luria of Padua, 1805 [?].”
