On the page before and on the title page itself Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund put in handwriting with his signature that his book belongs to his father Rabbi Yisrael Freud, Head of the Beit Din of אלט ראדנע and the region, son of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Năsăud, son-in-law of Rabbi Mordechai Yehuda Lau of Unterdam.
Signature of his brother Rabbi Mordechai Yehudah Freund, Head of the Beit Din of Radnow.
Signature (in light pencil), of his older brother Rabbi Baruch Freund, Head of the Beit Din of Bonyhád, who served also as a the chassidic master of his grandfather’s chassidim. Rabbi Baruch was the son-in-law of Rabbi Naphtali, Head of the Beit Din of Vishnitz, son-in-law of Rabbi Yechezkiel Shraga of Sieniawa.
