Both parts have stamps: Yekutiel Shmelke Erblich. Rabbi Yekutiel Shmelke Erblich of Vienna and later the Land of Israel. He was a direct male descendant of the Sassover Rebbe, and a son-in-law of Rabbi Ya’akov Tzvi b”r Asher Yehoshua of Porisov, and a grandson of the Yehudi HaKadosh of Peshischa.
