Page 63 bears the “Yisah Berachah” hymn composed by the above-mentioned Rabbi Raphael, on the occasion of Rabbi Ya’akov Shaul Elyashar’s appointment as Rishon LeTziyon (1893). Two additional hymns for the Tzedakah U’Marpeh and the Ahavat Chessed societies. The composers of these hymns include Rabbis: Ya’akov Sukari, Moshe Jamal, Eliau Chever, Moshe Ashcar, Raphael Ades. Dozens of hymns are signed “Raphael” – the same Rabbi Raphael as above. Most of the hymns are signed with a given name only. [120] written leaves, most on both sides.
