A book of philosophy and mussar by Rabbi Yehuda Leib son of Rabbi Asher Zelig Margaliot. A small work in which the author notes that due to lack of funds he is publishing only a small part of his writings. In 1786 the author re-printed this book and added several matters, and there he declares that in his new work he nullifies what he wrote in the work before us. The author is the grandson of Rabbi Mordechai Yoffe, author of the “Levush”. Missing three pages at the beginning of the book. Original simple cardboard cover, bookplate of the National Library with an illustration of a synagogue in Szeged. Fine condition. Ownership inscription on the title page.
