This book was written also for those with no knowledge of medicine, especially for places where there is no trained physician. It was translated by Yehuda Bezalel Eliasberg who wrote: ‘We copied all the words that were in Latin into Hebrew and this is clearly very useful.’ At the end of the second part there is a printed “Chart of Medicines” and 15 chapters on making medicines. This part does not appear in all copies.
Used cardboard binding. Cut page edges tipped in red. Age stains. On pages 51-54 the margins were cut close to the text. Damage to several letters. Fine condition.
