Handwritten glosses on the Shu”t Noda B’Yehuda by Rabbi Yechezkel Landau, av”d of Prague. Lemberg edition of 1858.
A number of lengthy glosses – slightly cut, and a number of corrections. Missing the title page of the first section. Include a number of fragments that were placed between the pages of this book.
The first leaf and the title page of the second section bear the stamp of Rabbi Alter Shlomo Meir Friedman of טשעמיראויטץ and then Jerusalem, a prominent Ruzhin chassid, author of “Beit Shlomo”, three sections on the laws of salting, milk and meat (Jerusalem-Lemberg 1889-1892) and the “Hesped Kavod HaTorah” for Admor Dovid Moshe of Chortkov.
These glosses are apparently in his hand.
Old binding. The book is in fine condition.
