Written by various copiers in different hands. Most copiers added superlinear vocalization [nikud elyon] to the Aramaic targum, though others used standard Tiberian vocalization. Leaves 125-126 feature the targum of Isaiah 14.
The beginning of some haftarot are decorated in red or brown-red ink.
