The signatory Rabbi Aharon Moshe Yehezkiel bar Moshe Lvov was a descendent of the Mahara”m of Padua and the She’erit Yosef. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Yosef Shmuel, Head of the Beit Din of Frankfurt on the Mein, the ”Masoret HaSha”s. he started as Head of the Beit Din of Tryer, and in 1693 he moved to serve as in Westhoven in Alsace. His sons were Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Lvov, Head of the Beit Din of Shweibach, author of “Pnei Levana, ” and Rabbi Yosef Lvov, Head of the Beit Din of Trebitsch. His second wife was the daughter of Rabbi Gavriel Eskeles of Krakow., Head of the Beit Din of Mitz, and his son by her was Rabbi Moshe Lvov, Head of the Beit Din of Nikolsburg. He did in 1713.
