A tzaddik decrees and Hashem fulfills
Tehillim Kavvanat HaLev – Sefer Tehillim with a segulah, unique and rare, upon which thirteen gedolei hador sign (by hand) that one who prays from it will receive “offspring, health and livelihood”! This book of Tehillim was printed in a large, clear and elegant format, including word explanations – a magnificent vessel to receive extremely rare blessings and promises from the gedolei hador .
This is in essence like an open check for anyone with it in his possession, with the blessing of no less than thirteen tzaddikim of our generation, from all circles, blessing the person who prays – whoever he may be – without the restriction of a specific name – with rare sacred blessings like no others. Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for the precise wording of the blessings for offspring, health and livelihood, to be saved from trouble and to greet Mashiach.
(Signed by the following gedolei hador – tzaddikim and rashei yeshivot ): Rabbi Shimon Galai, Rabbi Mordechai Shmuel Edelstein, Rabbi Baruch Dov Povarski, Rabbi Chaim Feinstein, Rabbi Massoud ben Shimon, Rabbi David Yosef, Rabbi Nattan Zuchovsky, Rabbi Yitzchak Hacker, Rabbi Binyamin David Elyashiv, Rabbi Avraham Pollack, Rabbi Ze’ev Berlin, Rabbi Yitzchak Ezrachi, Rabbi Shmuel Eliezer Stern.)
We are unaware of the background against which these incredible and irrevocable rare obligations were undertaken by these gedolei hador , yet here is a rare Tehillim backed up by an original document promising that the prayers of anyone who prays from this sefer will be accepted and all the massive blessings written in this document will be experienced by him.
This document is properly signed; it is legally and halachically valid, it is therefore also a segulah, as it says (Tractate Berachot page 58a) “מַלְכוּתָא דְּאַרְעָא כְּעֵין מַלְכוּתָא דִּרְקִיעָא” [the arrangement of kingdoms on Earth are parallel to the arrangement of kingdoms in Heaven]. It also says many times in Chaza”l: “A tzaddik decrees and Hashem fulfills.” We will emphasize that this is not a one-time blessing, or for a specific person, but a spring that flows without stopping and increases from generation to generation – as gedolei hador gave this blessing to whoever prays and whenever and wherever he prays – without limits.
