Unique features: Concludes with “Charuzim Matchilim,” expressions and sayings that start with a specific word; “Ba’alei HaKefel,” expressions that start with the same word that is written twice, and salutations for letters. The beginning of the manuscript features the author’s note that it was written in 1856 by Shlomo Larido.Shlomo Larido signed on the approbation certificate in 1870 in the Vayomer Yitzchak written by Yitzchak Bengualid (Leghorn, 1876), siman 109. His handwritten autobiography is preserved in the National Library in Jerusalem.
Condition: Fine-very fine. A number of leaves are detached, aging stains, wear to the edges of the first leaves, small stain that passes through leaf 17 through 23. Original, worn cardboard binding.
