Unique features: Detailed synagogue customs and bylaws, divided into clauses and subclauses. The last page states: “All of the aforementioned was agreed upon during the meeting of trustees and leading members of the Ashkenazic community in Amsterdam, on Rosh Chodesh Tevet/ 14th of December, 1814,” along with the name of two signers; president Zelig Boaz and secretary Tuvia Asaser. It later states that the items were copied from Dutch, without supplements or changes, with authorization of the trustees of the community. The secretary, Avraham Tal, signed his name. This rare work is not listed by early bibliographers.
