Two names for prayer in the handwriting of the Chazon Ish.
One name is written at the top of the letter which was sent to him, and the second on the reverse side. In the letter itself, the writer expresses at length, in Yiddish, requests for salvation of various sick people.
The Chazon Ish was accustomed to writing the names of people who petitioned him on pieces of paper that were with him with requests to pray for them.
