Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky (1886-1976) served as rabbi of Slutzk and was sent to Siberia. When he left the Soviet Union, he moved to London where he served as rav”d. In his later years, he moved to Jerusalem where he became one of the leaders of ultra-Orthodox Jewry. He authored the Chazon Yechezkel series on the Tosefta.
