Letter sent by Rabbi Yosef Leifer, the Admor of Pittsburgh, to his brother Rabbi Meir, the Admor of Cleveland. It mentions his son, Rabbi Avraham Abba, who later succeeded his father as Admor of Pittsburgh.

Admor Yosef Leifer (1891-1966) was the son of Rabbi Dov Bertche of Nadvorna. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Avraham Abba Wolf. He studied in the yeshiva of Rabbi Yehudah Greenwald in Satmar. He settled in Pittsburgh, but was buried in Eretz Yisrael. Refer to: Encyclopedia L’Chassidut, 2, 115-116. His only son, Admor Avraham Abba, settled in Ashdod. His brother, Admor Rabbi Meir Leifer (?-1941) was the son-in-law of Rabbi Alter Eliezer Shapiro of Strizov. He served as Admor in Budapest. After the First World War, he moved to the United States where he established a beis midrash in Cleveland.
