As written on the back of the title page, this tenth section was printed before the eighth and ninth sections. This copy does not have these sections. Owner signature on the title page: Rabbi Noach Chaim Zvi of Berlin [1734-1802] author of the halachic works, “Atzei Elmogim” and “Atzei Arazim”. He was a dayan and rabbi in a number of Ashkenazic communities, and then Rabbi of AH”U. He was a colleague of Rabbi Pinchas Horowitz, the “Ba’al Hafla’ah”. The Noda B’Yehuda relied on his, and one other, halachic decision in regards to a case in which a woman was divorced against her will. Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin asked him a question after the death of the GRA, and wrote that now he had no one else to whom he could turn. Additional owner stamps and signatures. Ginzei Yisrael 829.
