1. The first commendation was given in 1926 by the chassidic master Rabbi Chayim Asher Finkler of Radoshitz in 1926. Handwritten with signature and commendation.
2. Commendation by Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Biderman of Lelov, a great chassidic master of that generation.
3. Commendation by Rabbi Yehiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz of Biala author of “Chelkat Yehoshua.”
Rabbi Yaakov David Weintraub of Radomsko was not an “official” chassidic master, but in fact fulfilled this role. Many followers sought his advice and counsel and delivered notes to him requesting his blessing. He met with many of the great chassidic masters of his generation including Rabbi Mendele of Warka, Rabbi Berish of Biala, Rabbi Mendele of Strikov, the chassidic master author of “Yismach Israel, ” and others. He died in 1924. (Attached is a biography by the chassidic writer Rav Aharon Sorsky from his book “Great Chassidic Leaders”).
Manuscript and commendations are preserved in an attractive, new, leather-bound box. Very fine condition.
