Mishneh Torah L’Rambam, book of Nezikin – Shoftim, with commentaries. Throughout the book are dozens of handwritten scholarly glosses and comments. Some of the comments are corrections and glosses; however many of them are deep scholarly comments on the Rambam, and especially on his commentators. Some of the comments are especially long. We did not decipher the name of the writer, but there is no doubt that he was a tremendous Torah scholar who wrote deep comments on all of the laws in four of the Rambam’s books: Nezikin, Kinyan, Mishpatim, and Shoftim.
Old and loose semi-leather binding. A blemish on the title page and the last leaf. Fine condition.
