A letter of acceptance in which is a text of thanks and blessing for the benefactor who donated to the Kossov Kollel joint for Jerusalem, Safed and Tiberius. Signed with the signature of the heads of the Kollel and with their stamps. Gilded ink. On the second side of the leaf is a square decorated with medallions of the holy sites, including the tomb of Zecharia and the tomb of Rabbi Meir Ba’al HaNes, and a detailed text in Yiddish to be recited when making the donation.
