Rabbi Moshe HaLevi Koenig [d. 1914] was a dayan in Kobersdorf and primary disciple of leading rabbis of Hungary: the author of
Ktav Sofer , Rabbi Avraham Sha’ag and the Mahar”i Assad. Beginning in 1895, he served as dayan in Kobersdorf, until his passing. He published many novellae in the renowned anthology
VaYelaket Yosef and his novellae and investigative studies earned a name among the greatest scholars of Hungary. Likewise, he authored Torah novellae in the
Torah MiTziyon anthology. [For more, refer to

Fine condition: On the first leaf, there is a tear along the entire length, almost without lack.
