An album with 104 photographs of scenes from the Land of Israel – early 20th century [ [The first decades of the century] . Leather binding decorated with a copper relief of Herzl gazing at the agricultural pioneers of the Land of Israel, the sentence ‘If you will it it is no dream’ is engraved on the bottom left, with decorations of a Star of David and a menorah.
Most of the photographs in the album are described in handwriting, including: photographs of pioneers in a Kibbutz, the Arabs of the Land of Israel in their daily work, various photographs of the Omer Mosque [including an interesting close-up photograph], scenes from the cities of Haifa, Jaffa [the Arab market], Netanya, the Dead Sea, Tiberius, and Acco. Seven postcards of scenery of the Land of Israel published by Palphot were added to the album.
Average size: 9×6 cm. The leaves are protected with parchment paper.
