Folk poster of the Bund movement for public display. A Yiddish appeal in Hebrew letters to Jewish members to gather…in order to discuss the founding meeting of the organization. Apparently the establishment of the Bund.
[1] leaf. 36×25 cm.
Note on the bottom of the leaf that it was printed at the press of Yaakov Ginsburg. Ginsburg established the press in Bobruysk in 1901, and about 3-4 Hebrew textbooks and the like were printed there before the Revolution. After the Revolution until the press closed in 1927, only calendars and siddurim were printed there. This leaf was printed there c. 1920. Very rare.
Light tears in the blank margins. Fine condition.
