Seder HaTefilla according to sod, “kavanot” from Rabbi Chaim Vital’s “Pri Eitz Chaim”, as he heard from the Arizal. Zolkiew, [1781]. The editor, Rabbi Aryeh b”r Avraham, writes that this prayer book was arranged according to; a manuscript; the “Mishnat Chassidim”; and according to the siddur with the Kavanot of the Arizal arranged by Rabbi Aryeh Leib Epstein [Koenigsberg, 1764]; but he primarily proofread it according to the “Pri Etz Chaim”. The prayer book also includes some of what was arranged by Rabbi Shabtai of Rashkov. In essence, this prayer book is the first edition of the famed “Sidur Rabbi Asher” [Lemberg, 1788]. Rabbi Asher simply supplemented and revised this version. His 1788 version includes explicit permission from the publishers of this edition allowing its reprinting.
