In Chassidut Gur every chassid contributes a symbolic sum for the upkeep of the Admor’s home. This amount is transferred via the
shtiebel, synagogue. This receipt has the printed words [in Hebrew], “I received this sum from the Beit HaChassidim” with blank spaces for the details of the transaction. The Admor of Gur filled in the details in his own hand, including the name of the city, date and amount and then signed his name. On this receipt, the Admor also added the amount that he received for Yeshivat Sefat Emet in Jerusalem.
