Early significant edition of the Mikraot Gedolot. The printers write that they were careful not to make the errors that appeared in the previous edition. Each volume has a title page within a copperplate architectural border. With introductions, mesorah gedolah, and Targum Yerushalmi on the Torah. The first volume has an additional title page for the haftarot and half-title for the five megillot in which the printers wrote that they printed the megillot separately in order that each person could bind this section in the volume that they saw fit. Antiquated notation on the title page of the first section. The bindings and title pages of the two sections do not match.
