Dedication to Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Weinberger Av Beit Din of Ópályi, with a signature in his hand. He served as rabbi and rosh yeshivah in Ópályi, one of the most prominent yeshivahs in Hungary before the Holocaust, he was killed in the Holocaust.
