Regarding the prohibition of shaving on the intermediate days of the festivals (chol hamoed), and criticism of Rabbi Y. Sh. Reggio of Gorizia who permitted shaving in his work, Maamar Hitgalchut which was printed in 1835. On the title page: “First Notebook,” but there were no more printed.
