Lacking the title page and the following two leaves – Psalm 1 (the missing leaves are completed by professional photocopy). Lacking leaves 85-90, and from the end of Psalm 119 to the middle of Psalm 136 (the missing leaves are completed by professional photocopy). The book concludes on page 198 with a prayer for a person who is ill; without ma’amadot.
