Nine machzorim according to Ashkenazi custom, printed by David son of the deceased Yaakov Proops Katz. All printed in Amsterdam in 1828. All of the machzorim have an extra title page with a copperplate engraving and the printer’s symbol – priest’s hands raised in blessing. A machzor for the first day of Rosh Hashana, a machzor for the second day of Rosh Hashana, a machzor for Yom Kippur, a machzor for the first two days of Succot, a machzor for Shabbat Chol HaMoed Succot and Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah, a machzor for the first two days of Pesach, a machzor for Shabbat Chol HaMoed and the last days of Pesach, and a machzor for the two days of Shavuot. Identical size: 19 cm. Each machzor has different binding. Four of the machzorim have original leather binding with gilded writing, the rest have cardboard binding, some with gilded writing on the front cover. The spines or bindings of some of the machzorim are detached. Tears. Varying conditions.
