Novellae on the Torah, Na”ch, Mishnayot and Talmud, by Rabbi Yitzchak ben Pinchas [Berman]. Königsberg, c. 1850.
Unique composition, authored by an elderly Jew for his descendants. The author writes in his foreword that he has merited finishing Shas five times and now he is on his sixth cycle. He prays that he will merit completing this sixth cycle and even to learn an additional cycle. The author self-titled the composition as it is a portion of all his toil.
The detail on the title page, Torei Zahav Na’aseh Lach , is incorrect. Letters praising this book appear in his work Rav Pe’alim , and the date on them is 1851.
