The title page features the publisher’s stamp – that of Rabbi Yekutiel Ya’akov Yitzchak Shapira of Vorka, son-in-law of the Admo”r Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Shapira of Rudnik. His father – Rabbi Shalom Shapira of Przytyk, was a son-in-law of the Rebbe Rabbi David of Kreshanov.
The flyleaf bears a ” kvittel ” with a name for prayer.
A small leaf – a kvittel – is found among the leaves of the sefer with handwritten names, one side states that it was written in Lodz, and the other side states that it was written in Polenitz.
