37 cm. tall, maximal diameter of 10 cm. Hallmarked ‘AG’ ’84’.
Hebrew engraving on the base.
Russian style. 3 sections. From top to bottom: Crown, ‘pear’, base. Topped by an eagle. Floral and leaf reliefs and other decorations. 10 thin, decorated ‘arms’ for bells on each finial, from a later era. Jewish artists in the United States at the end of the 19th century, often forget Russian seals. Refer to the “Rimonim” booklet, p. 106.
One finial is missing two bells. Light dents on the crowns. Fine-very fine condition.
