Includes Torah thoughts that he said between 1868-1888 (year of his death), letters to Hungarian rabbis, including Chaim ben Mordechai Sofer (leaf 7b), Rabbi Chaim Halberstam..av”d Sanz (52b). Includes solitary responsa that were printed in his “Chinuch Beit Yitzchak. Various copiers, apparently his disciples. The manuscript was not adequately checked. Most probably, large sections were not printed.
Rabbi Yitzchak ben Rabbi Moshe Ahron Glick (1835-1887) was a disciple of Rabbi Yisrael HaRoeh av”d סאבאטישט and Rabbi Yehuda Assad. He was a son-in-law of Rabbi Yechiel av”d אירשע. He served as Rabbi in פעלעדהאזא and from 1870 סנפעטער He authored aggadic novellae on the Torah and Shu”t “Chinuch Beit Yitzchak” on the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch. Includes approbations of his Rabbi, Rabbi Yehuda Assad and Rabbi Chaim of Sanz.
Modern, magnificent leather binding. Clear, legible hand. A few repairs and reinforcements. Aging stains. Fine-very fine condition.
