Ben-Zion Baltsan (1885-1941) was a businessman and maskil from the city of Kishinev, a Hebrew author and Biblical researcher who was active in the ‘HaTzionim HaChalutzim’ organization. He died in the Holocaust. He published a number of works on the Tanach, under the title ‘New Concept in Bible Sciences and the Words of the Prophets’.
