Heter Meah Rabbanim given in 1948 in Melbourne, Australia, by the Beit Din led by Rabbi Yosef Lipman Gurewicz, Av Beit Din of Melbourne. The ruling deals with a woman who lost her faculties and was hospitalized at a mental health facility and was therefore incapable of receiving a get from her husband. The Beit Din permitted him to marry another woman, with certain restrictions specified in the ruling.
