In this copy pages 1-12 are missing, i.e., until Genesis 20:13, and the missing text has been completed in Mizrachi handwriting (Persian or Bukharan). Without vowels or musical cantillation notes, on 20 paper pages bound at the beginning of the book. At the top the copier added calendars beginning in 1889 and issues relating to the leap year. Before the haftarot, on blank page in a different handwriting, copied form “Sod HaPlia” pg. 256, in which there are questions that begin thus: “ I asked Elkana, son of Yerocham, son of Korach, ” and also “I asked my teacher Eliyahu the secret the meanings of the Torah, why is he called Torah.” These things are not found in the “Sefer HaPlia” ascribed to Elkana Ben Yerocham Ben Avigdor, nor in any other source.
