Two illustrated titles on page 2a and page 2b. Page 10b bears a large illustration at the end of the passage.
The manuscript is comprised of: ‘Et Sha’arei Ratzon L’HiPateach’ by Rabbi Yehudah ben Shmuel ibn Abbes (only the first and last stanzas); ‘Hashem B’Kol Shofar’ per the custom of Spain and Yemen; the order of verses preceding shofar-blowing; ‘Atah Hashem E-l Rachum V’Chanun, Karov Hashem L’Chol Korecha’ per the custom of Mantua and Rome; the vidui service for Yom Kippur; ‘Hashem Sefatai Tiftach U’Leshoni Tetzachtzeach’ by Rabbeinu Bechayyei; ‘Binoti Hashem Elokai Biur HaDa’at’ by Rabbeinu Bechayyei (abbreviated version with differences); ‘Kel Nora Alilah’ by Rabbi Moshe ibn Ezra; a yotzer for Hoshana Rabbah ‘Sha’arei Neharot Niftechu V’Heichal Hilulim.’ Listed in Otzar HaShirah V’HaPiyut no. 2065, per the Siena custom.
[13] parchment leaves written on both sides (except for the first leaf, where the writing is only on the second side). Margins of varying sizes, maximum size: 15 cm.
Overall fine condition. Usage marks, minimal ink fading. Tear with a small lack in the upper margins of the last [3] leaves, without lack in the text. Simple, old binding with a single worming perforation.
