Unique features: Very rare.
Background: The book features two sections, the Shulchan Aruch is printed at center, with the section of novellae titled ‘Mishpat Kohanim’ on one side, and the ‘Mishpat Ha”Orim’ on the other side. A hand-shaped mark appears near every halacha that the author innovated on his own.This is one of the most significant works on the Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat. The novellae and decisions it includes light the path for adjudicators that deal with financial issues. The author often discusses the words of the Ketzot HaChoshen at length and refutes them. The Ketzot Choshen replied to these comments in his Meshovev Netivot.
Condition: Fine. Light creases to the title page and blemishes to the blank margins and last leaf.
