Printed leaf – “Mazal Tov LaNekevah” – designed to be hung on a wall in one’s home to protect a newborn baby girl from mezikim and shedim . Vilna, Avraham Tzvi Rosenkrantz and Shmuel Yosef Pin, 1864.
This print is bibliographically unknown. It is not recorded in the Mif’al HaBibliographiah nor in the National Library. There are several known “Mazal Tov” amulets for male and female children that were printed in Vilna by the renowned Re’em publishers in later years.
