140 leaves. 21×13 cm. The text of the Shulchan Aruch are written on the upper part of the leaf, with the comments and supplements from the aforementioned customs on the bottom. Includes words of mussar about ritual slaughter and “The place of sacrifices,” the laws of treifah in poetic form.
The author is apparently Rabbi Yehudah ben Shushan who signed his name several times in the manuscript. This is the Rabbi Yehudah ben Shushan who was the scribe of the beit din in Debdou. Refer to the book Ir HaKohanim Debdou page 232.
Tiny worming holes. Worming damage to the book’s front and back covers and the two leaves adjacent to them. A small numbers of leaves are detached. Fine condition.
