Background: Each volume in the set before us also contains the haftarot and the Shacharit prayers for Shabbat, which were printed as an addition to other chumashim and were only added to some of the copies of the Five Books of the Torah. In each of the volumes, the second page count includes the haftarot, with an identical title page. The third page count includes the Shabbat Shacharit and Mussaf prayers. Pages 1-40 of each volume are identical in all of them, and are followed by piyutim for special Shabbatot (with various names such as “Yotzer, ” “Ahava, ” “Zulat, ” etc.).
Condition: Very fine. Minimal aging stains. Five new magnificent leather bindings.
