Among the leaves, there are various drawings relating to the events of WWII, the settlement of the Land of Israel and the fate of the Jewish people. Illustrations of airplanes flying over the skies of occupied Europe, watchmen guarding, a Jewish watchman against the backdrop of a star of David, various Jewish figures according to their countries of origin, impressive illustration of smoke rising from the crematorium chimney and the verse ‘לעשות נקמה בגוים’ [‘to take revenge against the nations’], an illustration of the “White Paper” going up in flames and the verse ‘רבת צררוני מנעורי גם לא יכלו לי’ [‘They have distressed me greatly from my youth, but they have not conquered me’] and more. Rare.
