A total of 42 circumcisions are listed and numbered.
By bris # 23 is written thus: “ Bris HaShem which we conducted on the child Eliezer son of Rabbi Yishaya Segal together with Rabbi Avraham Leib Shatz of Betzkof – a town in Slovakia. Also noted herein are other towns. For bris #30 is noted Head of the Beit Din of Dritma, Rabbi Moshe Yehiel – the rabbi of Dritma is not known from any other source.
