The bylaws are divided into chapters and each chapter is divided into clauses. The bylaws primarily relate to the Sephardic communities in Turkey. The last leaf discusses the Ashkenazic community in Turkey. The leaflet features a few Hebrew words written in Latin letters, like ‘beit knesset’, ‘gan yeladim’ etc, and a few Ladino phrases in Latin letters. Significant historic document of first-degree importance for the history of the Jews of Turkey. Very rare.
